LOCATION
Madrid, Spain.

This residence, located on Calle García de Paredes, has been transformed through a comprehensive renovation that completely reorganises the spaces and adapts them to the way of life of its owners.

The kitchen is separated by glass partitions, allowing visual openness to be maintained and natural light to flow through, without giving up the separation between the different uses. The private area is arranged into two en-suite bedrooms and a guest powder room.

A large bespoke bookcase presides over the living room and becomes one of the main features of the project. Alongside it, artworks from Peru, the owners’ country of origin, bring colour, identity and a personal dimension to the interiors.

The result is a bright, warm and contemporary residence in which architecture, furniture and art coexist in a balanced way.
