This penthouse, located in the Almagro neighbourhood, has been transformed to create an elegant and light-filled home, connected to its outdoor spaces and conceived to be enjoyed both inside and on the rooftop.

The rooftop is converted into a private leisure area with an outdoor pool, creating an exceptional space in the centre of Madrid. The relationship between the home and the terrace brings spaciousness, natural light and continuity to the living areas.

The interior design develops a feminine and sophisticated aesthetic, with a serene base enriched by touches of colour, noble materials and bespoke elements. Soft forms, textiles and a carefully selected range of furniture bring warmth and personality to the whole.

The result is a contemporary and timeless penthouse with its own identity and a privileged relationship with the outdoors.
