Located just steps from Puerta de Alcalá, this residence had previously been used as a dental clinic, divided into numerous offices and small rooms. The project began with the complete removal of this layout in order to recover the spaciousness, light and proportions of the original space.

The new organisation transforms the property into a pied-à-terre in Madrid, designed to comfortably accommodate an entire family. The communal areas are conceived as an open and connected space, while the private area is arranged into three en-suite bedrooms and a guest powder room, ensuring independence and privacy.

The owner’s piano is integrated into the living room as an essential piece of both the project and the life of the home. The selection of natural materials, bespoke furniture and a serene colour palette bring continuity and warmth to contemporary, functional interiors designed to endure.
