Located on one of Madrid most distinctive streets, this residence is conceived as a contemporary space where spaciousness, natural light and a carefully considered selection of materials define the character of the project. The intervention emphasises an open and fluid layout, connecting the different rooms and encouraging a more comfortable, light-filled way of living.

At ALMAGRO ESTUDIO, architecture and interior design come together through a carefully balanced combination of wood, neutral tones and designer furniture, contrasted with accents of colour and sculptural elements. Lighting, bespoke furniture and meticulous attention to detail bring balance and personality to every space.

The result is a warm, elegant and timeless residence, where the simplicity of the lines and the richness of the materials coexist to create functional, serene spaces designed to be enjoyed every day.
