This 350 m² residence, located in a corner building overlooking Vía Augusta, was completely reorganised to give prominence to the daytime areas and create generous, connected spaces designed to be enjoyed.

The owners prioritised the communal areas over the number of bedrooms. The new layout reserves a large surface area for the living room, dining room and social spaces, while the private area is concentrated into a spacious principal bedroom and a guest bedroom.

The project is developed through a classic and colourful language, inspired by a trip the owners took to the Cotswolds. Enveloping tones, mouldings, patterns and natural materials create interiors with character, warmth and a deeply personal identity.

The result is an elegant and vibrant home in which British tradition is interpreted from a contemporary perspective and adapted to the architecture and way of living of Barcelona.
