The renovation completely transforms the layout of this 140 m² residence, allowing natural light to reach every space and creating a more open, fluid organisation adapted to contemporary living.

The kitchen is integrated into the social area, encouraging visual continuity and a closer relationship between the different spaces. Next to it, a work area is incorporated, featuring a desk for two people and a bespoke bookcase, creating a functional space that forms part of the home while retaining its own identity.

The private area is arranged into two en-suite bedrooms and a guest powder room. A warm, minimalist aesthetic, enriched with elements of classical inspiration, natural materials and serene tones, brings balance and timelessness to the whole.
