This 120 m² penthouse with a terrace, located on Calle Velázquez, has been transformed through a comprehensive renovation that recovers the classic character of the residence and adapts it to a contemporary way of living.

The new interior architecture is built upon a classical foundation, with balanced proportions, noble materials and elements that bring order and continuity to the spaces. The connection with the terrace encourages the flow of natural light and visually expands the living areas.

Within this framework, contemporary furniture is introduced alongside unique pieces belonging to the owners. The coexistence of objects with history, new designs and bespoke elements creates personal, sophisticated interiors far removed from passing trends.

The result is a bright and timeless residence in which classical architecture and contemporary design enter into a natural dialogue.
